Changes to XIKAR Lighter Return Policy

We love XIKAR lighters, heck we love all things fire but as of August 21, 2019, we cannot return XIKAR lighters and cutters on your behalf to have repaired/replaced. This is something that you will need to do on your own.
This is not a Cigar Room policy but a new policy directly from XIKAR. Sadly, they are no longer accepting damaged products from retailers.
The best way to proceed is to use the XIKAR Return Merchandise Authorization website. It details out how you can replace damaged products. This should not only be better for our customers but quicker as well.
The Cigar Room also carries other lighters: Lotus, Colibri and Vertigo, and if they are ever damaged, The Cigar Room can send them back on your behalf.  If you’re shopping for a new lighter or cutter, come on in and we can help you purchase the perfect lighter or cutter.
